Issues with Monitoring

If you are alerts for devices that do not have an issue check the configuration of the device.

First check the list of devices under the monitor to confirm the problem device exists.

Next check the device configuration. Logon to the device web UI and go to Settings, Applications. The Telephony Event Notification and REST API should be set as follows.

If you still have issues ensure you can browse to the device web UI from the UDM Bridge.
