This document provides information about the cloud service offering from Event ZeroEnoten.

Overview

Event Zero Enoten provides cloud services for the Enterprise Commander and Dossier productsUDM Pro and Ranger products. This means that the main service, data and web user interface are hosted by Event Zero Enoten external to your organisationorganization. In order to function properly, most products will require a small on-premises component that communicates with the cloud service.

Hosted Services

Event Zero Enoten hosts the services at professionally managed data centres centers to ensure reliability and security. There is both physical security and logical security to safeguard access to our servers with procedures in place to control both. The services accept data from your organisation organization and serve up the web user interface. The web user interface is accessible on the Internet via HTTPS only.

On-premises

Where an on-premises service is required, for example to access Microsoft Lync data generated communicate with phones within your organisationorganization, then a Windows component is deployed to your servers as required. The on-premises component opens a secure connection to the cloud service to retrieve its configuration and upload real-time data.
