Resetting your Bridge Device Queue

This article applies only to Bridge version 2.0.11 and 2.0.12.

The below steps will guide you to reset your Device file queue that is responsible for transferring phone files such as app.log and boot.log to the server.

Any files uploaded by the phones which are still not processed and uploaded to the server will be deleted as part of this process.

Instructions

  1. Stop the bridge service using the UDM Pro Bridge Configuration Manager (check services.msc to make sure that both the bridge services are stopped).
  2. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Event Zero\UDM Pro Bridge\DB and delete the DeviceFileQueue file.
  3. Start the bridge again.
  4. After the bridge has been running for a few minutes, restart a test phone and check for its logs on the server.
